How to approve, schedule and publish content
Nothing is published without your approval. How to open an item in the calendar, edit it, send it for approval and scheduling, and what really happens when you click "Publish now".
When Noa creates content, it first waits for you in the content calendar. Nothing goes live without your approval. This guide walks through a post's lifecycle: from "Ready" through "Scheduled" to "Published".
Open an item in the calendar
Click an item in the content calendar - a preview opens with the caption, hashtags, graphic and script (if any). An item still showing "Preparing..." is still being generated in the background.
Edit what you need
You can swap the hook from the hook picker, edit the description text and hashtags, and request a Regenerate of the text or the graphic. Browse between versions - earlier versions are not deleted.
Send for approval and scheduling
Click Send for approval. "Approve and schedule the post" opens with a preview - fill in the publish date and time and click Send to schedule. The status changes to "Scheduled" and a countdown "Scheduled in..." appears. You cannot pick a time in the past.
Change or cancel the schedule
A scheduled post has Change schedule to pick another time, and a round X button - Cancel schedule - that returns the post to "Ready".
Publish
Click Publish now and confirm. The post is marked "Published" and appears in the calendar on today's date.
