Connecting Instagram and Facebook - what works today and how to publish meanwhile

Direct publishing to Instagram and Facebook from Bambook is in development. Here is how to work today, and what changes when the connection launches.

19 Aug 2026

The Integrations page in the marketing department lists every platform and its connection status. As of today the Instagram, Facebook / Meta and YouTube cards are marked "coming soon" - direct publishing to them from the system is not active yet. This guide explains how to work in the meantime, so you do not have to wait.

What Noa already does today

Noa builds the content plan, writes the caption and hashtags, generates the graphic and the reel, and lays everything out in the content calendar by date. None of that depends on an Instagram connection.

Open the item in the content calendar

In the content calendar click the item you want to publish. The view that opens shows the caption, hashtags and the finished graphic.

Copy and download

Copy the caption text (including hashtags) and download the graphic or video file to your computer or phone.

Upload in the Instagram or Facebook app

Open Instagram or Facebook, create a new post / story / reel, paste the caption and attach the file. Publish or schedule it there.

Mark it as published in Bambook

Back in the content calendar click Publish now - the item is marked "published" and appears in the calendar on today's date, so the calendar reflects what is already live.

Note: On these platforms "Publish now" and "Scheduled" only mark the status inside Bambook - they do not upload the post to the network. See How to approve and publish content.

Tip: Want to approve content from your phone without logging in? Connect the Telegram bot for a daily summary and one-tap approvals. And TikTok already has direct publishing.

When the Instagram and Facebook connection launches, it will appear on the same Integrations page with a "Connect" button through Meta's official login, and this guide will be updated.
