Creating a social content plan - from an empty calendar to a full week

Pick a range (weekly or monthly) and platforms, and Noa builds all the posts, stories and reels by herself and lays them out in the content calendar with dates.

19 Aug 2026

This is the fast way to get a full content calendar: a topic, an angle and a hook for every post, based on your brand identity and products. The plan is created from the content calendar itself and immediately triggers text and graphic generation in the background.

Open the content calendar

In the marketing department side menu click Social content (the content calendar). The first time, a "Quick tips for the content calendar" dialog appears (drag items between days, right-click opens a quick menu) - click Got it.

Click "Create a social plan"

It is the first button at the top of the page. The plan dialog opens.

Choose a range

Under "Content range" choose Weekly or Monthly.

Choose platforms

Tick the networks: Instagram + Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn - several at once is fine. Below you see how many items will be created: weekly - 3 for Instagram and Facebook, 2 for TikTok, 1 for LinkedIn; monthly - 12, 8 and 4 respectively.

Click "Create weekly content" (or monthly)

The system analyzes your business and builds the plan - about 15 seconds for weekly, about 25 for monthly. At the end you see "Social content created!" with the number of content items and tasks created.

View the calendar

Click View content calendar. All items landed in the calendar with dates and times, and the text and graphic for every post are now being generated automatically in the background - the cards gradually change from "Preparing..." to "Ready", and notifications arrive in the bell. You can close the browser, the process continues.

Tip: If you created an influencer, the first one you created is woven into the generated content automatically. And before you start, have at least one product defined - that is what Noa markets.

Note: You cannot choose how many posts are created or on which exact days - the split is fixed per the table above. After creation you can drag any item to another day. From here continue to approval, scheduling and publishing.
