Importing leads from a CSV file

Upload a CSV, map columns to fields (or let the AI do it with "Smart conversion"), check the preview and import up to 500 leads at once.

19 Aug 2026

Have a list of leads in Excel or a spreadsheet? Export it to CSV and import it into the pipeline in a few minutes. The file is loaded in the browser only until you confirm - "the file stays with you".

Prepare the file

Only CSV is supported (save Excel as CSV). The file needs a header row and at least one data row. You can download a sample file with the headers: name, phone, email, source, service_interest, status, notes.

Open the import

In the sales department, from the All leads page click Import CSV.

Drag the file in

Drag it into "Drag a CSV file here or click to choose" or click and pick it. After loading you will see "N rows loaded".

Map the columns

In the "Column mapping" area check which file column feeds each field (name - required, phone, email, source, interest, status, notes). Common Hebrew and English headers are recognized automatically. One column can be mapped to only one field.

Tip: Click Smart conversion - the AI reads the headers and the first 15 rows, completes the mapping and translates status values ("interested" and the like) into pipeline stages.

Check the preview

In the "Preview - X of Y ready to import" table you can untick a row you do not want and change the status of a single row. A row without a name is marked "Missing name" and will not be imported.

Import

Click Import (N). At the end you see "Import complete!" with "X of Y leads imported successfully", and the buttons Open pipeline and Import more.

Note: Up to 500 leads per import. There is no duplicate check - importing the same file twice creates duplicate leads. For the first 50 leads a "First contact" task is created automatically for tomorrow at 9:00; a row without a status is imported as "New".
