Onboarding - a short introduction to your business
Seven short questions with Tal from which the system builds your business's initial profile - who you are, who you serve and where your leads come from.
After your first login a chat opens with Tal, the autonomous sales manager. He asks seven questions, one at a time, and the answers build the initial profile of your business. Every answer is saved immediately, and you can stop and come back.
Your first name
The first question: "Before anything else - what is your name?". Type your first name and click Continue.
Your business name
The second question is the business name. It must be unique in the system - if it is taken you will be asked to pick another.
Your industry
Pick one field from the list: professional services, technology / SaaS, e-commerce, education, health and fitness, real estate, food, retail, finance and insurance, creative and content, or other.
What you do and for whom
This is where precision pays off: describe in a sentence or two what the business does and for whom. The more accurate the description, the more focused the content created later will be.
Team size and customer sources
Choose how many people are on the team (just me / 2-3 / 4-6 / 7-10), then mark where new customers come from today: social networks, referrals, paid ads, Google, partnerships or other. You can select several sources here.
The last question - optional
"Is there anything important I should know about your business?" This is the only question you can skip - when the box is empty the button turns into Skip.
At the end the system shows the build steps ("Analyzing your business", "Building the initial profile", "Creating goals and strategy"), offers to connect a Facebook account (you can click Skip for now) and takes you to the creative studio.
The next step is brand identity with Noa: The brand identity interview.
