Adding a product or service

The three-step wizard for defining a product - details, audience and pains, message and promise. Without at least one product the agents do not know what to market.

19 Aug 2026

Products and services are the fuel for every campaign: what you sell, to whom, and what you promise. Without a defined product Noa does not know what to market, so add one right after your brand identity.

Open the products page

In the side menu click Products (the same content is also available in the "Products & services" tab of the brand identity page). Click Add product at the top - a three-step wizard opens.

Step 1 - basic details

Fill in the Product name (the only required field), category, price and a short description. You can attach one reference image of the product or the business owner (JPG, PNG, WEBP or GIF up to 10MB) - it is sometimes used in ads and content.

Step 2 - audience and pains

Who the product is for, what really bothers them (pain points) and the outcome they want. This is what turns advertising into a direct hit.

Step 3 - message and content

Your core promise to the customer in one sentence, key benefits (comma separated), common objections, offer format and related content worlds.

Save

Click Add product. The product appears in the table, and from now on every post, campaign and sales page knows exactly what to sell and to whom.

Tip: Many products? Click Import CSV, download the sample template, fill in one row per product and import. A product whose name already exists is updated instead of duplicated.

Note: The more complete the product, the sharper the content Noa produces. You can come back and edit at any time by clicking the product row and then Edit marketing parameters.
