How to fill in your brand identity properly

Logo, colors, fonts, brand voice and the four-step identity wizard - what goes in each field and why it shapes your content.

19 Aug 2026

The Brand identity page is where Noa learns who you are. It has four tabs: brand kit, identity & content, products & services and business context. In the "brand kit" and "identity & content" tabs everything saves automatically as you type - there is no save button.

Upload a logo and detect colors

In the Brand kit tab, in the "Logo and colors" card, upload a file (PNG, SVG or JPG) or paste a link. Once the logo loads, click Detect colors - the system extracts your brand colors into the palette (primary, secondary, accent, background, text). Every color can be edited manually.

Pick fonts and brand voice

In the "Fonts" card choose a heading font and a body font from the list (Rubik, Heebo, Assistant and more) - they will be used in the graphics and videos the system produces. In the "Brand voice" card mark the tone (professional, casual, bold, warm, playful, authoritative), brand keywords and what to avoid writing.

Open the identity wizard

Switch to the Identity & content tab. Below the "Interview with Noa" banner is a four-step wizard. Click a step circle or Next / Back to move between steps.

Step 1 - brand essence

Fill in Brand essence: who you are and what makes you different, in a sentence or two. Continue to Mission, Vision and Values. Every field you fill sharpens the content Noa creates.

Step 2 - value and difference

Brand promise, Differentiation, Target audience and Key messages. This is what turns generic advertising into advertising that lands with the right customer.

Steps 3 and 4 - communication style and social

Step 3 defines tone of voice, CTA style, emotional direction and forbidden words. Step 4 covers social tone, content pillars, do's and don'ts and examples of good phrasing. On the last step click Finish and save.

Tip: No field is mandatory - you can save partially. But the status line at the top of the tab will show "Partial" or "Weak" until you complete it, and the content will be more generic. The fastest way to fill everything in is the interview with Noa.
